What I received is horrid. It's a big fat immovable firm pillow in blue wrap. The ones I received are terrible. These pictured are great. I guess I cant order from Macys. Will go to Sealy and try to get the real deal and not be bait and switched. They are going back and I am done ordering. If they get the order right its broken but most of the time its just the wrong thing

Everything good , price , quality of softness is a bit crunchy like plastic, that softness and comfort is not there.

If you are looking for a firm pillow, this is not for you. It is so soft that after a while you feel that it is too flat.

Bought these for my dad who wanted a simple pillow. Comfortable and can wash them too.
Works well but flattened out a little fast.
I constantly replacing my pillows and I give different types a chance. This pillow was good in the beginning and after a few weeks it went completely flat. Even purchasing it on sale was too much money. Stay away it’s not worth it.
