I purchased this to replace my old one from my last apartment and was shocked to see that it's smaller in size and made of plastic, not glass! It seems like they discontinued the original version, but this one overall just feels/looks cheap, especially for the price you pay. What a downgrade.
I thought this on sale and very happy coz it’s really functional as a sugar dispenser . It’s clear and it’s very well sealed . I will buy again

Works good, sometimes you have to shake slightly to loosen sugar,so it must let a small amount of moisture in. I wish it had a washer between the lid and base,it does not so some sugar does get in-between the screw area in the lid. So when removing to refill it causes that awful sugar crunching noise/feeling. for the price they should at least provide a sealing ring in the lid
