Uchino Waffle Twist 100% Cotton Washcloth, 13" x 13"

I found these cloths many years ago and have never wanted to use anything else. I was so pleased to find them available at Macy’s. They are of delicate, yet well made softly textured fabric, that rinses well and dries quickly after use. In spite of their thinness they last a long time and never fall apart. They are soft and so pleasant to use on the face. They make me feel I am doing something very nice and special for myself. They’re different and you fall in love with them.

Looks nothing like a waffle towel, seems very cheap and not very luxurious.

Beautiful indigo color, and towel is quick-dry. But the fabric pulls easily. After a couple of months, I ended up buying another brand of washcloth similar to the styling of this one, same color, also a quick-dry, but tighter weave and feels like it will last indefinitely.

I have been slowly replacing older washcloths with Uchinos. I have purchased some waffle twist washcloths (and towels) in other colors. They are soft and absorbent.

Perfect towel for my powder room. Chose the black/ebony and looks smart in the room

These are too delicate to be towels. The weave is like thin threads woven in a waffle texture. It keeps pulling on everything and within a month they were trashed. I'm super careful with towels, but you can literally snag a nail on it and it's all messed up. Also, not very thick. Lastly, the color is really sensitive and discolors easily. I have discoloration stains just from detergent. shame bc they are cute
