My daughter got this for her birthday so we decided to try it out. It works really well and she's been enjoying making food on her griddle while I supervise. I would've given 5 stars but we were disappointed there's only one template included and have to order more. Also one of the batter bottles had a hole in the bottom so we tossed that one.
