If you have been sleeping hot, this is a must have! We have a Stearns pillow top and it’s comfortable but we both sleep so hot. I read that wool helps cool down your sleep. We felt a huge difference after 1 night’s sleep with this wool pad! I put pad on mattress, then mattress pad and fitted sheet. If you are looking for something cooling, try this! I love that this is washable too. It takes away a little plushness but the cooling effect is worth it- so comfortable. Worth every penny!!

I bought a new mattress that is good overall, but it sleeps hot because of the plush top. Not anymore. The wool pad makes a huge difference in temperature regulation. Not hot, not cold, but regulated. It's worth noting that the mattress does feel a little less plush now that the pad is atop it (a worthwhile trade-off for me).
