Lovely bed set and really helpful staff.

I really like the weight and design of the comforter. However, it is really really wrinkled! I was surprised that it’s reversible which is a nice feature.

I ordered this for my guest room and absolutely love the colorway and pattern, however from the first wash (I always wash before use), the colors bled and no matter how much I iron/press the pillowcases, the edges don’t sit flat. Very disappointed especially because I bought this for the guest room, which I want to look polished for my company. I’ve used Ralph Lauren bedding for over 30 years, since I was young, and this is the only defective item I’ve experienced. And since we recently moved, I wasn’t able to make a return since I didn’t open it until after the return window closed.

I ordered a sateen cotton thinking it would be soft cotton. It’s not at all soft and not sateen

Love this comforter, it’s just what I was looking for in the muted blue. I love the fact that it’s reversible, so in the summertime I can use the lighter cream side. It is well made, nice quality fabric and not too heavy. Due to the cotton fabric it was quite wrinkled on arrival but I ran a warm iron over the worst parts and the rest have dropped out with the warmth of the room. Highly recommend.

Not soft

I am heart broken, this is a beautiful product. Soft material and gorgeous on the bed. However I washed it one time following the exact instructions on the tag and it is completely ruined. All of the filling inside has matted together into hard clumps. It is impossible to have a comforter that cannot be washed.

Good and soft cotton material

LOVE this comforter! It's very soft, which was my main goal, but it's also heavy enough but not too heavy or bulky. It's also very pretty and my husband was happy with the way it looked because it did not look too girly. Very good quality.
