I am an avid Vans old school fan and I can tell you these T500 are a million times better! They're super stylish and comfy I would say they do run a bit big but I was afraid to downsize because I think my foot dances in between a half size. They have a really good grip these would be perfect for lifting as well! Super sturdy and comfortable supportive sole. Love these will definitely buy more!
