This is the best shoe for comfort and support with great traction. I got a size 10 2E and they were snug. I could have gotten away with a 10.5 2E. After breaking them in, they fit great and I think the 2E width helped. They are officially my first tennis shoe I bought after some research and I can say that don’t want to find another. I would love to be a brand ambassador for this shoe. I’m a 340 pound guy getting back into to tennis and I want to buy more pairs of this shoe because they are that good. Great traction, after breaking in the shoe, the cushion is plush and responsive. I’m a heavy stepper man and my feet are not as tired as I would have been with any other shoe. I need more colorways to match my outfits. By this shoe with confidence, you will not regret it.

The V2 wide is too narrow, the toe box is tight. Poor quality shoe compared to the V1. I love the comfort and sizing of the V1, not sure why they replaced them with this ill-fitting, poorly designed shoe. I have multiple pairs of the V1, and purchased two pairs of the V2 which hurt my feet on the courts. I will be looking at other manufacturers that offer a wide shoe. I have been with New Balance for years, a shame the V2 is nothing like the V1.
Comfortable and good looking shoes but needs to improve on quality
Horrible product. The color is actually baby blue. Looks nothing like the picture. They feel like plastic on your feet. Extremely uncomfortable. What happened to New Balance quality. I’ve called 4 times to initiate a return and after 30 minutes of holding I get disconnected without ever talking to a human.
They’re hot on my feet after two hours — super hot…they’re comfortable but too high off the ground. Need to be lower, less foam

Been a NB consumer for decades. I have numerous pairs of the V1 CT Rally. An epic shoe that is highly regarded. So, NB elects to deviate greatly from it and completely redesign the shoe. The cushioning in the front to middle part of the shoe is poor and is causing me knee pain. I contacted NB about it and they said they were completely aware of the problem and have had other complaints. However, they would not offer to do anything (like an exchange for a different shoe) to rectify the problem. Fortunately, my retailer is willing to do so, but I'm apprehensive to do it since I don't feel like they should be shouldering the responsibility here. It is really NB's issue. Ultimately, not recommended.
