I found these shoes: Fresh Foam 860, width 4E, to be Excellent as I use AFO for my left foot drop condition. I find them most comfortable to wear. I will another pair for out doors.

I love these shoes!!!! I’m an adult that wears kid shoes. I’m a 2Wide. It is so hard to find good quality shoes. The foam is fantastic for my plantar fasciitis, and the width is perfect. The bottom is not the cheap sole track that wear down after a few wears. Im so glad I found these!
