This is an exceptional shoe. Extremely comfortable and stylish.

These shoes are perfect! They are the most comfortable outdoor shoes I’ve ever worn. Most outdoor shoes are hard and squish your feet. I have wide feet. I only felt pressure on of my foot that has a bone sticking out due to a fracture. Otherwise they were so comfortable. It felt like I was wearing tennis shoes all day. But had the sturdiness of an outdoor boot. I wore these in water and dirt and they were fine!

I waited to buy this shoe for a while. It disappeared on me once or twice. When it came back, I jumped right on it. I'm so thankful for that. This sneaker looks and feels awesome. The color is neutral, so it goes with everything. Awesome Shoe for my Arsenal.

I love the 2002 model ... you have to remember with goretex on a sneaker its gonna be alil weird at first. Fit wise. Almost like it needs to be broken in. But a black, water proof, and comfortable/supportive sneaker. I love em.

Reviews weren’t that great for these, but I needed a black Gore-Tex shoe for work, so I decided to give it a chance. I’m glad I did. The comfort is not on the level of a 990, but that is a much more expensive shoe so that’s to be expected. The comfort is perfectly fine on these in my opinion, especially considering almost all goretex shoes are a bit stiffer.

The shoes feel very stiff compared to my old pair of 2002rs, but I didn't wear them enough to break them in. The plain color didn't excite me at all after looking at the older colorways available on the secondary market. I'm sure this would be a great shoe after breaking them in but all the colors this year are just so boring.

The shoes are very comfortable, and the color matches with all colors; my feet don't feel heavy, just the opposite, light weight with lots of support. I may buy another pair in case they are discontined.

Bought these as my first pair of New Balances to wear for a Japan trip, I did not wear them prior to the trip. Took 1 day of walking in Japan to break in then after that no pain whatsoever and very comfortable and warm.
