Wrong Color — Misleading Product Listing
I ordered New Balance 471 (U471RA) in PECAN with BLACK CEMENT, exactly as shown and described on the website. The shoes I received are a noticeably different color from the product photos on the website, and the box itself is labeled BROWN / BLACK / NOIR, not the advertised color. I sent customer service photos clearly showing the difference, but they still claimed I received the correct item simply because the SKU/style number matches. That response is absurd. Customers purchase based on the advertised photos and color description, not just an internal SKU number. Very disappointing and misleading experience.
