Super light weight, good heel, only downside and reason for a 4 star rating is that the shoe has quickly worn out. You also can’t change the spikes.
These go fast. Great for 800m and below. Tough to put on but worth it once you do, and it gets easier the 2nd time.
Lightweight, great construction, well thought out shoe. While it may not have the fan fair of other shoes. This shoe provides maximum performance.

This Shoe is Light, very comfortable and overall quality.
They fit so tight you don’t really need laces, but the sock heel cup fits really nice. The heel foam on the bottom is really prone to getting ripped up if you heel strike, but otherwise they’re great mid distance spikes.
Brought down times by 5-10% simply by wearing this shoe. Light and comfortable. Runner small though and tight section to put foot in - watch out of you have a high bridge.
Best Track spike for 1500m, and very very good for 800m. I don't think any other spike compares with this one in these 2 events, already bought 2 pairs last track season.
Tried these spikes out in the 1600m and 800m and found that they kept me on my toes and propelled me forward. My only complaint is that the spikes are built in, so you can't replace them.
All my shoes from NB are 11.5. I ordered the 11.5 FC MD-X and could barely get my right foot into shoe. Too small and too narrow for my E width. The hard instep of the shoe would have created a blister in no time if I tried them on the track. Returned for sizing. Definitely want to run in these. If I send NB my measurements from Fleet Feet's Volumental scan, can I get a custom fit ordered?
