I LOVE these sneakers. After having to return the beautiful pair of cosmic gray/white Hoka Bondi 9 because the rocking action made my feet turn red in spots--the start of blisters, so sad because I they were gorgeous---It was suggested that these Ghost Max 3 shoes didn't have the rocking action that was hurting me. This white was the closest to the ones I had returned. I wore them a few times before we set off for Europe. Very little break-in time, but this was no problem. Walking in these shoes is like the softest bedroom slippers ever, like walking on clouds, supported from every angle. It's summer but they're never sweaty. I have been wearing DarnTough wool cushion socks, both the lightweight ones and the hiking socks. Perfect! I wear these shoes with pants, shorts, casual dresses--they look cute. To me though, the comfort is my number one issue. I'm hard to please with shoes, so you know these are amazing!

I used ChatGPT to ask the best shoe recommended for post Achilles surgery. Three were listed. I tried all three. I kept one. Brooks Ghost checked all the boxes, comfort and fit. I didn’t love the larger holes in the mesh, so the style was a little lacking; and I have to agree with other reviews that the laces are rather short. I have thin feet so I could cinch them tighter and get more lace length. But if it came down to lace length, I’d buy new laces because the comfort level surpasses Hoka Bondi, Clifton and Nike Pegasus.
I wear Brooks running shoes exclusively for everything, from the gym to everyday to being in work on my feet for 8 hours a day. I recently experienced a bad bout with Plantar Fasciitis, my first of what I’m hoping will be the last. I searched for a running shoe that was light weight and with enough cushioning that I would be able to get through work pain free. The minute these arrived I put them on and immediately my foot felt better, I had just come home from work and my foot was sore. I highly recommend this pair if your feet hurt, they’re roomy and very cushiony, I have a bounce in my step again!
I live the bounce but these definitely run small

The shoe feels very bulky and the inside feels hard. Didn’t like the fit.
This was my first time trying brooks and I have to say I don’t think I’ll ever go back to another brand. These feel like walking on clouds, and make every distance of walk easier on the soles.
So happy. Great heel support. These are the second pair of shoes next to the new balance women's fresh foam x 880 v15 that actually help with my plantar fasciitis. I have flat (low arch), medium width feet and supinate.
