I couldn't bring myself to try it on. It was delivered by Amazon in a clear bag. When I opened the package and unfolded the hoody I found that it hair on it - pet or human. I text Zappos Chat and it took over 12 hours for them to acknowledge my messages. Zappos Chat was apologetic but uninterested in making it right.
