Purchased these to use during workouts which include mostly weight training, some cardo, and some plyometrics. They're a lightweight, grippy shoe that is relatively low cost for the performance and that is ok for that task. I'm mostly, but not entirely, pleased with them. My only real dissatisfaction is that the sole is a bit too sloped and narrow (I've included a photo or two). If your training involves a lot of side-to-side jumps and turns, then the slightly narrow bottom and sloped sides/outsole/midsole might be just what you want. If you intend to use these for more weight training and want more stable ground contact for that purpose, then you might want to look at other options or even go with a straight lifting shoe. I would not use this shoe for running/jogging unless you're doing something like mixing short sprints in with other exercises. These wouldn't be comfortable for a long run and might beat your feet up a bit. So, to wrap up, I think this shoe makes some compromises to be an ok all-around workout shoe, but be cautious with this purchase if your workouts focus heavily toward a specific type of training. Oh, and heed the warnings about these being a half-size smaller than listed. I've worn a 10.5 men's shoe for decades, and I ordered a 10.5 in this shoe. The 10.5 fits, but juuuust enough that I haven't worried about dealing with a return. If I was to order these again, I'd order the size 11.

Shoe actually caused more pronation - with or without the removable insole. Otherwise like them and the grip.

These run true to size. They are comfortable and flat. The toe box seems wide which was what I was looking for with a sneaker.
