Monaco Hands-Free

This model shoe feels more substantial than the Athens line and the gum bottom sole is much less slippery on wet surfaces. I ordered my usual Kizik size and it is slightly tighter but still fits. No matter how loose the laces, the shoe has a smaller aperture and makes the hands free on/off process more challenging. Another reviews mentioned the heel extending out and causing them difficulty. I have not found this problematic at all. On the contrary I think the shoe provides a very stable base and would consider it a great walking shoe. Substantially more arch support than my other Kiziks. The materials appear to be of very high quality in every regard, the aesthetics are very appealing and I have received many compliments.

I love the color and design! It seems like with each pair of Kiziks I get, they get more and more comfortable and supportive. I love the look and the feel of these the best ever!

Kizik...perfect again! Kizik marketing advises to down size on this style. I didn't....ordered my regular size and the fit was perfect. I have 5 pairs of Athena 2, but this style is different. A bit more bulky and wider looking, but the fit is fine and the comfort is extraordinary.

I Love Them!!! Not only are they so comfortable and easy to put on, but they're so good looking. I get told all the time, "I love your shoes!"

Over Hyped: It's comfortable as a walking shoe, but lacks cushioning for a running shoe.

What's with the big tag: There is a huge black tag on this shoe that I didnt realize was permanent. Looks like an advertisement. Not Subtle. We know they are Kiziks...the name is on the shoe less than an inch away!
