Surprisingly warm: I've never really been a vest guy and then my wife bought me one I have to say this really worked out well we've used it a couple of times already for some social gatherings and it does add a different option to my wardrobe.

friendly feel fabric: Such a pleasure to find garments that don't have a plastic feel! This vest is light weight, but a nice substantial extra layer for indoor and out. And it has pockets!

Great vest: Got this for my boyfriend for Christmas and it loves it. Very good quality and a nice color. He hasn't taken it off in a week and even ordered another. Can't recommend enough!

Layer without bulk: Nice lightweight layer with good body and neck cover as wind barrier. Only wish zipper was bidirectional for when seated/driving.

the Blue Jacket Travails .... Bought the Vest to go under the Jacket .... to keep gear in the pockets from falling out. Work as a Professional Land Surveyor .... need to look presentable and be able to function. Could be better in the wind and snug-up at the waist. Nice jacket-vest combo ... wore my last Bean Jacket ... wool, nylon lined ... for a good 20-years !

Really like this vest: Great mid weight fleece vest. Somewhat of a tweener between golf and hiking vests. Fits great and layers well - maybe a little more refined than the Mountain Classic vest.
