Not sure what happened in the warehouse with my order, I got a 6 W instead of a 12 N. Had to be returned.

I was excited to receive these shoes. Zappos is usually right on point with delivery and orders asked for. I wear a 12 N and received a 6 W. So, I am of course sending these back and they are sold out everywhere I check online. Total let down from Zappos.

I bought size 8 ww and way to big. Got 7 1/2 ww and too tight. Disappointed but I give up :(

Lovely shoes but the straps is way to long. In the narrow with it brushes the ground so had to return them.
