I wouldn’t be exaggerating when I say these must be the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn in my life. The arch support? Superb. The build quality? Unbeatable. The leather color and supple feel? Noteworthy. The price? Up there I know; but after buying the cognac and wearing them for 2 minutes I went further into debt for the black pair as well.

I was hoping this would be "the one" as I have been trying to find a black flat that is supportive and comfortable. The leather is very soft, but the arch support is minimal, and generally not enough cushioning on the bottom of the shoe. For someone with less tender feet these would be great, but for me not enough padding on the sole.

These mary jane flats are so cute, so comfortable, and so well-made. They look great with cropped wide leg jeans, skinny jeans, leggings. They do run a half size small, at least on me, but I was able to reorder and get the right size. Very happy with them!

These would be great shoes - and I wouldn't have returned them - if the backs were not so high. A slightly wider toe box would be great for the wide-footed among us, but I think in general these shoes are a little wider than typical regular width Taos.

Beautiful and unbelievably comfortable! I absolutely love these Taos Babble shoes in the cognac color — it’s a gorgeous, rich shade that goes with everything. The moment I put them on, I couldn’t believe how comfortable they were — truly “crazy comfortable” right out of the box. The style is timeless and versatile, perfect for everyday wear or dressing up a bit. I can tell these will be a long-time favorite!

I really was excited to find ballet flats that actually had a bit of arch support. I normally wear a size 7.5, occasionally an 8, so I first ordered a 7.5. It was way too small. I returned those and sized up to an 8. When I first put them on, I thought great, I found my new shoes! Until I started walking in them. As lather reviewers have stated, the back of the shoe is too stiff and I could tell would rub a blister on my Achilles within minutes. No shoe is worth that. Sadly, these are going back too. If they can do something to correct the heel thing, these would be great shoes.

The fit felt like a half size too small; the leather and color were beautiful. I have been wearing Taos sandals, shoes, and boots for a long time. They never seem to disappoint. Lately, they don't make a size 43, which would fit better. I will have to return them. On another note, I am a frequent buyer of Zappos; this isn't the first time I've received shoes from Zappos that looked like they had been worn. Just not happy with it.
