These boots run HUGE! I was also disappointed in the quality. They look and feel like plastic :(

Runs big. I usually wear a 7. The 7 is too big, and the 6 is a little small. I will return.

I loved the color and the low heeled style. I got them on sale, and was hoping to love them. I ordered a 7, my usual size, and they flopped on my heel when I walked. Literally every step. I added a thin insole, and they still slipped. Other than that, they looked great. They are wide at the top to slip on easy, but don't look as great when you have smaller legs. They look a little too loose.
