Game changer for neurodivergent kids: I found Kiziks when I was pregnant, and have since recommended them to other adults going through surgeries or even just looking for a good shoe. Never considered them for kids but my AuDHD child has been so excited about these and they have made getting out of the house significantly faster!

Elastic laces: These are good shoes, but why don't they have tie laces as an option? My daughter had the same model in a smaller size previously and they had tie laces, and every other color in this model also has tie laces available. What's up with that?
We love: My son absolutely loves these shoes!! He likes how there are ties so he can learn but also that they aren't needed to do all the time.
omg the picture looks as thought these are not tie shoes and they need to be tied... kizik is usually a slip on and the picture shows a slip on....extremely frustrating, did not order again... the customer service person was waYYY OVER THE TOP...trying to convince me she was right about everything... not a good experience imho, I'm older and have never spoken to anyone the way I did... well I have when needed...this one was imho trying to pick up on one thing I said and run with it and twist it... I stated I am done here and hung up.... I felt I had to be 100% rude and dismissive, trust me it would have been worse if I hadn't disengaged... not customer service. ugh YET WILL SAY, I NEVER EVER HAD THAT EXPERIENCE BEFORE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS ALWAYS BEEN WONDERFUL.....
clunky the picture and description does not match the shoe I received imho , I prefer the original ones for children...
too wide, clunky, material fine, returning like the original kizik s much better plus the picture and description are imho mis-leading!
The description is completely untrue: My son has had multiple pairs of Kizik the description states "Elastic laces with no-tie, closed loop design". This is emphatically untrue. Write the correct description of the shoe on the website for crying out loud. We shouldn't have to look at the reviews to see if Kizik is lying in the description. Do better, please
