Loved the shoes but way too big. Normally wear a 7M but my feet were falling out of these shoes.

These sandals are pretty but they run very big and the strap isn't adjustable. If I felt that my wardrobe really needed them, I would try one size smaller but I am just going to send them back.

I love this look, however, the sizing is a complete mystery to me. I can’t evaluate the comfort cause it’s too long. I’ve tried two sizes now and gonna try a 3rd if it’s available.

The site said to order 1/2 size smaller if a narrow needed which I did. My normal size is a 10 but the 9 1/2 swallowed my foot. It did not even reach the back strap. If someone had a larger foot, It would have helped to have a buckle instead of elastic on the heel strap for adjustment. The shoe is a cute style but it didn't work for me. Bought these to wear to a wedding as a bridesmaid. They run big. I’m usually size 10.5 to 11 in tennis shoes (I never wear dressy shoes) and the 10’s were too big. Exchanged for 9.5 which is still a little big but they fit. Wish the strap was adjustable because that’s also big but I’ll make it work hopefully.

Jounee Brinsley: The design has a simple yet refined style in that it can be dressed up or down. The squared toes and asymmetrical straps makes it more contemporary. The straps give an open feeling but provide a secure hold. They fit well, if finding a size that fits (sizing is different for the different colors for the shoes that I ordered) and they are comfortable is arch support is a non-issue. In White: Felt true to size. The drawbacks for me are the materials and the colors. 1. The "white" version is ivory and NOT white. 2. The insole color for the white (ivory) version is tan, which clashes with the ivory. Enough of the insole shows causing that clash to be more apparent. A matching ivory insole or a black insole with a black sole would be better. 3. The upper synthetic material , embossed with an alligator pattern looks very cheap.  No embossing and a matching or black insole color would improve the appearance. Therefore, they are being returned. In Black: I normally wear 9.5 or 10 but the 9.5 M was too loose in the heel strap but a 9W was perfect. (A 9W in the Patent Nude was too loose, though, otherwise I would have kept.)  This shoe in black looks better (i.e., not cheap) than the so-called white version as they are not embossed with a faux crocodile pattern. The insole being tan does not clash with the black upper but the apperance would be improved if the insole was black as well. Although a bit pricey for a simple synthetic flat, I might keep because they meet my style, fit and comfort preferences.
