Zappos has changed so much much. Customer service is terrible. Returns and refunds are a nightmare. Was one of the best companies before Amazon acquired it.

These shoes are beautiful. Perfect summer shoes. I had a little mishap where I received two different sizes but Zappos customer service was magnificent. They are comfortable and true to size. Not much more to say. My grandson loves them.

Got these for work. I'm pleased that they give me the support and comfort that I need since the job that I do is very physically demanding and I'm constantly on my feet all day. These has been a joy to wear.

I was little on the edge about this shoe sizing so I order a half size up but I receive my shoes and tried them on they were the PERFECT fit. Im a true size 5 went to a 5 1/2 for comfort

These are good quality and look really nice. Only wish there were wide but great shoes nonetheless

Fit is true to the size. I find it just a bit narrower but maybe I'll have to break them in and see.
