As a long time Brooks glycerin wearer I guess these are fine. It’s just wearisome that shoe manufacturers feel the need to continue to drastically change things every season/cycle. In my opinion, the price continues to go up, but the quality doesn’t.. I’d rather just be able to buy the same reliable glycerins I had 10 years ago if it especially if it would keep the price down. Also wish I could find a different shoe brand that works for my foot that isn’t owned by a man I don’t respect, but brooks glycerin is the only one that works for my foot/stride.

Just what the doctor ordered: My doctor at Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC said I needed better shoes for my back and suggest Hoka. But I found that these Brooks are both supportive and comfortable the way Hoka was not. I can walk miles in my Glycerin GTS 23 and now purchased a 2nd pair. Think my doctor will be happy when I see him and put them on his recommended list.

A bit snug in toe box

I have purchased other brooks and they fit fine. For some reason these are at least a half size too small. While not uncomfortably snug in width, it was not as roomy as it should be for 2E. Also the toe area has a weird slant on the sole that makes walking feel weird. It would definitely cause my feet to slide into the already too small end of the shoe, especially if going downhill.

I have the hardest time finding a shoe with enough volume. I ordered a 7W to accommodate my wide foot and high instep. They fit perfectly.

What is brooks thinking with this new exterior tab. It looks ridiculous and hits the back of your leg with every step. Fit is good, good cushioning but the new exterior “sock” is unbearable

I've been wearing GTS20Wide for several years. Brooks says GTS23 should fit similar. It's much longer and narrower.
