Perfect. This is my first pair of Brooks. I've seen a lot of them at the gym. I like black soles. Also not overly bulky. I'll be getting another pair.

Great shoe! Revel Max is a very comfortable shoe with more cushioning than the Revel 7/8. Ordered 2 more pairs for future use since this is about the only sport shoe I can wear. Please don't shrink the toe box on future designs like was done to the Revel 7 to 8 design.

Revel Max is Super Comfy: The Revel Max is so comfortable for gym classes like HIIT, Body Combat and weight lifting. It has a roomy toe box but it did run a bit bigger. I'm normally a 7.5 but always sized up half a size on Brooks, and they were a bit too big this time.

I loved this shoe, however the right one makes a squeaky/clicking noise when you walk. Super noticeable. Runs a little bit small, but would have kept them if it wasn’t for noise .
