This shoe is great if you need stability. Is it light? No. It’s stable and supportive.

Sizing is different than other On shoes...it's longer and narrower. It seems like a good cross-training shoe, and it looks nice, but I'm returning it because of the fit.

Horrible fit. I’m a true 7, do not have a wide foot, and I could barely get them on & off. Even with the laces completely loosened and no socks, they are miserably tight on top and on the sides. Wanted these for the gym. Did a squat in my kitchen just to see, and the tongue was cutting into my ankle. Beyond disappointed!

I like the fit and excellent grippiness and stability but I’m going to try a half size up for a bit more toe room. I wear a 7 in sandals so they fit the length of my feet exactly but usually wear a 7.5 in sneakers like ASICS. I ordered the 7.5 in these but my big toe tip ever so slightly touches the end which may be bad when my toes spread.
