Minimal arch support despite the contoured insole. I was pleased that my orthotics fit easily into this shoe. As a soft bootie style, it gave me a sense of looseness in the ankle area. Having had a recent foot injury, I prefer a more stable feeling shoe. This is the reason I am returning.
I love the shoe but it’s a half size too big. I wear a half size bigger in your other styles so I thought I was doing the right thing by ordering a half size bigger.
Hard leather. Zipper wouldn't zip. Disappointed.
