I've seen in a couple of other comments that Zappos has sent the wrong size. I ordered the 724's in a 30--30 and they sent 31-30, which felt like it would slip off my hips. I bought the 30-30 in another color and they're fine. I liked the look of these though and am sorry to return them.
I did not realize these were corduroy which I do not like. also these are perfect for a tall, slim woman. nice pants but not for me!

Great fit and great wash. Perfect amount of stretch and a classic straight cut that's fitted without being skin tight. The high rise is just above the navel, which is perfect. Some of these super high rises almost hit the rib cage. These jeans are flattering, comfortable, and almost perfect. Unfortunately, the inseam was listed at 30" but it was 29". I know one inch doesn't sound like much, but it made the jeans too short. I was very disappointed to have to return these otherwise PERFECT jeans. For reference: 28" waist, 36" hips, 5'3" - Size 27 with 30" inseam would have been perfect IF the length had been as advertised.
