I thought these would work as width in forefoot is great but these soles do not have nearly enough arch support - & felt a little flimsy .

Room for toes & after putting in a better insert ( I like very smooth feeling inserts against sole of my feet) I still have enough toe room. Not a trendy sneaker but comfort is 1st .

fit was great - I just need a little higher "drop" for my plantar fasciitis.. seems like a great shoe.

The toe box area was really wide made my feel feel like it would slide side to side if I was walking & hiking in them
