I really wasn’t expecting much, just wanted to try them on—they looked cool. But they’re German waterproof shoes with very wide tongues to protect the foot in the cold as well as humidity. I can’t speak to how they’re going to wear over time, but they’ve got enough arch support that I won’t need insoles for a long while. These were an unexpected score!
I own these shoes in grey suede, and the fit is the same and the toe box for diabetics is very good. But, they are heavier and bulkier and I won't get much use out of this color.
Great look and style, I have in black, unfortunately these were too wide, even though they were same boot just a different color.
