I am toward the upper end of a women's medium, but these feel longer than my other pairs of Feetures socks. They work, but take a little adjusting to get them settled just right. They are also quite a bit taller than all the other mini crew pairs I have. Definitely seem more crew length, so I have to roll them down a bit. Aside from that, they do provide good support. Wish they had more quarter tall options!
