I’m female, have narrow feet, wear toeless compression socks daily, and these fit great with a few lacing tricks. I also replaced the insole with the Naboso red arch support (as I do for all sneakers). I love the stability, cushion, and room for my toes to spread naturally. An old Achilles injury requires some heel lift, and these Topo’s provide that without going overboard. Can’t speak to longevity yet, but they’ve held up well in the short time I’ve had them.

Fit & function is great, but the heal is terrible

For my husband, Size 13 EEE, this Ultrafly 6 in size 13 Wide fits great. He's very picky about plenty of width and no gimmicky design details, which this Topo has. Other Topo styles were either too narrow across the toes or had too narrow/tight heel areas, because of their signature heel lock-down & curved in fit at the arches & heels. This Ultrafly 6 is very cushioned, just a bit firmer & not as high as other Topo road shoes.
