If you have truly wide feet, this shoe is NOT for you. It is very stiff across the front, toe area. It took me about 3 seconds to know this shoes would cause greater pain than they would ever be worth.

The thing I did not like was the way the straps flexed out on the side. They do not give any support.

I generally wear a 9.5 in an athletic shoe which is my wheel house. That being said, needed a pair of dressier shoes for a wedding and other more formal events. This shoe fit well in a 9 medium, was comfortable and easy to walk/dance in. The navy leather is good quality and color. This shoe was a good choice for a stylish, active 70 y/o!

I really wanted to love this shoe. However it is so uncomfortable, no cushion whatsoever on the bottom. Feels like I’m walking on brick. Size and width were great - just very uncomfortable. Will return.
