Very little cushioning on the bottom of the heel. Not the Clarks comfort expected

Show was more medium than a Wide fit. There was also a thread or piece of fabric that was scratching the inside of my foot. Such a rough piece of the shoe seems like a quality. control issue...

The heel keeps slipping. This is my second pair in a different size. PS. The box inside the box once again has messed up the shape of the shoe. The “inside box” is all smashed up. This is my second delivery (totally different shoe) that the “inside box “ has affected the shoe.
