I got these as everyday comfort loafers, and they fit the bill. They are reasonably stylish, and very comfortable, though I now need more arch support than these have; I can wear them for 6 hours, but then will put on something more supportive after that.

The left shoes was a little narrow and the shoes doesn’t have enough support for me.

I choose extra wide because usually wide was still tight at the toes. But this is extra wide, there’s no support. I will wear them but I’m starting to look for another pair. I just can’t justifying paying $200 for a pair of flat stylish shoes. But these shoes don’t pass my doctors recommendation.
