I bought these to wear without socks, so they were a bit wide. I put a cushion in the toe bed and wore these to a wedding last night. I was comfortable the whole night through. They looked perfect with my outfit, I purchased the black color

Bottom soles are quite smooth. I found them to be very slippery when walking to test wear.
