1st ones too big but that’s my fault. The 2 nd pair fit in size but the right boot seam on the top right of the right shoe was piercing my toe so I had to return these too. I know it’s not Zappos responsibility to do a quality check but I was so disappointed that I returned and didn’t order again.
I had to return boots 2x usually a 10 in shoes but had to go down 2 sizes smaller. 8 was fine
Decided to get the brown ones instead and return the black ones. They were just too intensely dark so they didn’t really match my personal style. The soles of the shoes also flare out, which does make them look even bigger - so if you already have big feet (and skinny legs like I do) you have to be careful with what kinds of jeans/bottoms you pair with these so it doesn’t look like you have clown shoes on lol. They also are a bit tight/narrow.
Wish they came in half sizes but had to go down 2 sizes. A little heavy on the foot but love love love the boot style
A 9 was huge on my normally 8.5/ 9 foot. An 8 was still big but manageable. A 7.5 would have been perfect. I drug out all my old DR's from the early 2000's and they are size 7 but they are a tad small these days.
I LOVE the toe shape on these- I need more room in the toes than many of the Docs have. Wish they made more styles in this shape! These look very cute but soles are just too heavy for me.
