I ordered this sandal plus two others with the intention of keeping one pair (thanks, Zappos!). These Clarks sandals were the winner. The footbed was comfortable from the get-go and I wore these to an event where I stood for hours with no complaints. I have a narrow foot but the adjustable straps allowed me to re-size the shoe without looking like it was too wide. The strap with the bling does shift off-center a little; but this might be the way my foot is shaped as it happens on other sandals as well.

These are just my style and very comfortable. Ordered my size 9 M and they fit perfectly. They are white and perfect for summer.

I am flat footed and the arch was too much / uncomfortable for me

These sandals were fine. my problem is that as I have gotten older, my toes have a mind of their own, and the little one is starting to cross over the next one. I was deciding between these and a pair of Skechers, and the latter had a little wider area at the top. So I went with it.
