I had Brooks Ghost Max 3 for Morton's Neuroma and they worked insanely good, this seems to be narrower so there is slight pain when stepping on them HOWEVER, this is a fantastic shoe and seems to align feet well.

I really wanted to like this shoe. It’s lightweight and stylish. But it is narrow and seems about 1/2 size to small in length.
Sleeker and a Little Sportier: I have had the GM 2 & GM 3 which I liked even though the 2 was not much of a looker. The 3s are decent, maybe a bit clunky. These new 4s do seem a bit sleeker and a little sportier. They are the best-looking ones as well. Wish there were more colors available in the 2E size.
Comparing: I'm 250lbs. I love the Beast and have had about 8-10 pairs. Is the Ghost provide the sturdiness of the Beast? The Beast I feel are going away they haven't changed colors/style in years thoughts?
Good but not like its predessors. I have had three pair of Ghost Max 2 and 1 pair of Ghost Max 3's and they were perfect as I am on my feet all day. After about a week of wear, these Ghost Max 4's began to break in a bit. However, they don't compare to the previous versions. The toe is too narrow and the cushioning around the balls of the foot give just a little more than 3's. Not ready to get another colorway just yet.
Ghost max 4: These are very stable for everyday walk or run or work I like mine a lot just not more then the ghost amp
