I wanted to order my regular size but your size selector recommended a half size larger. When I put my regular size 7-1/2 in the cart, it again, STRONGLY reminded me that it recommended a size 8. SO, I ORDERED THE 8. IT'S TOO LARGE! Now, I have to go through the trouble of a return and a reorder. Please Zappos explain the efficiency of this.
I tried on a black pair at Nordstroms in my correct size. The fit was fine and just a little loose on my left foot. However, I wanted to size up a 1/2 to accommodate my orthotics. Nordstroms didn't have the black in that size and it was sold out so they couldn't order it either. I ordered a red pair instead at the 1/2 larger from Zappos. When I tried them on, the right shoe was too tight and the left shoe (even with my othotics) was so loose, I kept walking out of them. They are really stylish shoes, but I have to return them because of the fit didn't work. Not sure what the difference is between the black and red shoes.
