Brooks run a little small so I sized up 1/2 size and it fit. Pretty good cushion but the color scheme is awful. Definitely looks better in the photo than in person.

Great update. Vibram outsole. After years of hoping Brooks would finally upgrade the Cascadia, adding a Vibram outsole, we finally have them. I pre-ordered them and had a minimum break-in period and they delivered phenomenal comfort and traction right out of the box. Putting them straight to work on a 5-day backcountry backpacking trip through Glacier National Park, they held up brilliantly under a pack load, handling loose scree and wet granite without slipping. Brooks nailed the grip comfort, and overall performance on this update; now, if they'd just release a classic green color, they'd be even better.

Narrowness at Last: Just scored a pair of these puppies and am considering grabbing a second pair before Brooks changes them again. I have very narrow feet and would give these 6 stars if possible. Finally a cushy lively trail shoe that's not rolling around loose on my zucchini shaped feets and they aren't 3 feet tall like Hoka's! Thanks gang

I love the Cascadia 20. Support, cushion, weight. And I think the colour combo is cool! One thing I need help with: One of the laces had a tight knot in it and I can't undo it. That's how it came out of the box. Thanks, Been a fan of Brooks since May 2004

Favorite Cascadia yet: Thus far, very happy with the Cascadia 20 and the Cascadia 20 GTX. Really like the vibram sole!!
