It actually looks like I have boat on my foot. Just tried on one shoe so cannot honestly say whether it was supportive etc. If you have a wide foot this trainer would do it. I have narrow feet.

Runs VERY small. I'm an 8 and the 9 was too short, but a very wide toe box.
