The strap that I guess is meant to go across your foot is much too loose and floppy and sort of sticks up which did not look attractive at all.

The extra strap did not fit properly and was sitting up and didn’t feel comfortable.

I ordered these shoes in a 12 and, since they were too large, ordered another pair size 11, which were too small. My feet are actually narrower than a B width, which is not always an issue, but it was here - the elastic straps didn't hug my feet in either size, ie, there was no way to tighten the 12s so they'd stay on. Shoes are cute and comfortable but did not work for me.

I ordered these in my regular size, 8.5 (& 9 just in case). The 8.5 was true to size and 9 was a little too long at the heel. Shoe is very pretty but on both shoes the top elastic strap over the ‘top of the foot’ is gappy/floppy & too loose! Doesn’t look very nice as it’s very noticeable. I find this shoe to be correct width and sizing. The toe box of my regular size, 8.5 was rough and uncomfortable. Sorry to return bc is a cute shoe!

Shoe is very pretty! Toe box is very stiff and uncomfortable and the top elastic strap is very gappy, it doesn’t fit directly or snugly on top of the foot. The length feels right and the ankle strap fits correctly.

The shoes were lovely, but way too large. They were wider and longer than I expected.

These are beautiful shoes! The color was perfect and the style was very nice. My feet are too flat to be able to wear a style like this.
