These are very comfortable boots. One buying tip I would pass on is that when they first arrived I considered sending them back for half a size larger. I am very glad that I did not as after one day's wear they stretched to where I now wear thicker socks with them. I am quite happy with the purchase.

Dear Zappos, I have already reviewed this item. You sent me the wrong color! And now it’s not available in the color and size I wanted. This is the first time this has happened in 20+ years of buying shoes from you.
I ordered these shoes for a gift. I really can’t give an accurate review because Zappos sent shoes that were a different color (black) than the Ivory Mist that I ordered. And the ivory color is no longer available in the size I ordered. Very disappointed in the current Zappos .
I love the look of these boots and wear them all the time, but there have been a couple of issues - first, after wearing them on a rainy day, I realized that they let water in! I wasn't exactly wading in puddles, just a few incidental steps into shallow ones, but after a 5 minute walk my socks were soaked! I have since stopped using them if there's any significant rain. Second, the zipper on one if the boots broke and needed replacement after about a year of owning them. Since I love these boots otherwise, I paid the $20 for a new zipper, but it was unfortunate.
Nice looking boot. I had trouble with the fit in the right foot. The left one feels fine. Since my feet are the same size, this seems to be an issue. I like the boots so I'm going to try and tough it out, hoping they'll break in a bit.
I ordered Size 10, Medium width, and while the boots were mostly true to size, they had no arch support--and they were tight across the top arch of the foot, so I couldn't comfortably add insoles. Also, the ankle and the shaft were both loose, which made the boots look a little frumpy. Honestly, I wouldn't have kept the boots, but I wanted a pair to take with me to Italy and I'd already tried five other pairs. Big mistake. My first day walking around Venice in these boots and I was limping by the end of the day. I wore my running shoes for the rest of the trip.
I've had a hard time finding boots that are flat and stylish and cruelty free and was so excited to get these! The first day I wore them, I was on my feet all day and these felt great! I've received so many of compliments on them. Sometimes motorcycle boots are a little too tough looking, but the buckles on these are great. They add a really polished look. Love these!
Cute boots, but they have no arch support. I was looking for boots to wear while walking around Italy for a week and a half. The first day I wore these boots I was limping by the end of the day. I wore running shoes for the rest of my visit. Also, I have average-size calves, but the shaft of the boot is a bit wide and the ankle is loose. This combination can make the boot look a little frumpy. For everyday wear they are fine and even comfortable. I wear them with jeans tucked in or super casual skirts.
