seems like a great product. unfortunatly the hook and loop on the heel strap did not work for me.

These sandals are among the most comfortable footwear I've ever owned. Small adjustments can be easily made, which contributes to the individual wearer's ease. And, although style is not what I'm most concerned about, I have received several compliments on how good these sandals look.
