This boot was ordered in NAVY. It arrived in a box labeled NAVY. Inside was MERLOT. I called Customer Service to learn the NAVY boot in 8W is out of stock. I’m weeping. All she could do was put me on a wait list if the boot gets restocked. I’m a ZAPPOS VIP, and I really hope you make the effort to get a restock. Now hear this: this MERLOT boot is a beauty. It is a rich, wine color. It works with multiple other colors in my wardrobe. I have very difficult feet to fit, and I’m pleased to say this boot fit very well, is well supported with a comfortable insole, and has some give and stretch in the ankle area that is much appreciated. As a result, I am keeping this boot. Yes, you read correctly, I’m keeping the Merlot boot and counting on Zappos to make good on the Navy boot that I need for fall and winter.

Cute but didn’t fit my feet. The elastic and the wide opening at the top made them flip flop- too loose. Afraid it might rub a blister over time.
