I run between 7 and 7-1/2 (depends on the company and how the shoe is designed). I also toggle between Regular width and Wide. (My feet aren't wide, but I have a small bunion and also use a slender orthotic, so sometimes need the space of a wider shoe). I ordered 7 Wide, and it felt too small. I'm now ordering a 7-1/2 Wide. Time will tell! So, if you are between sizes, consider ordering up. Also, even the Wide isn't very wide. So, if you need an actual wide shoe, this may not be right for you.
