The amount of looks and comments on my shoes was something else. Everybody loved this dress shoe, definitely the most compliments Ive gotten in a while. The overall image of the shoe and quality was perfect. Whether it was the material, the shine and even the lining of the inside of the shoe. This was a perfect product.
Wow!! These shoes are good looking and feel great! I was hesitant to buy a shoe I could not try on but am I glad I did. I have a wide foot and these fit me perfect. Have not worn it yet as the weather in chicago is still rainy and snowy and I would not want to get these wet. I am sure I will get a ton of compliments on them. I will be buying another color as soon as they go on sale again.

The shoes are fine, good looking, but the fit is poor. Theyre sized very small, so I was forced to exchange them when I ordered my normal size but they were abnormally tight. When the next pair came they fit somewhat better, but the right shoe is larger than the left shoe. Thus I will not be ordering any more shoes from Taft. Also disappointing: they list a customer service number but its a falsehood. Its not in service at all, and they admitted so in their correspondence. This is unethical.
Got these as a dressy loafer version of my Jack boots in Eden, and immediate compliments on the first wear (as is typical for every pair of Taft shoes I own)! Exceptional loafers!
bold, elegant design and exceptional comfort, love the cushioned sole and buttery-soft lining; like the pattern makes it standout; not overly stylish but basically versatile: can wear it ideally for everything from casual to summer to upscale gatherings. It fits true to size but size for width.
After purchasing brown paisley, i wanted to get desert floral as well. Not only are they very stylish, they are very comfortable. the soles have an added cushion that i did not see in other taft shoes i have and i have 20+ pairs. I think it may be because these loafers are made in italy and its a different factory. i am very happy with the purchase. Plan on purchasing 3 more on BFCM.
