I was excited to order these shoes as they looked so stylish, but they were a disappointment. The straps are very wide - only suitable to someone with a high instep and/or wide foot. The length was short, too, as my heel hung off the back.
I love the look of this shoe, but the straps were too wide to fit my foot. Admittedly, I have a low instep. Also, I'm a 9 1/2, but my heel was off the back of the shoe by about 1/4". The construction and materials were excellent, so I am sorry to have to return this shoe.
