I have switched to Balega for my workout socks after being a faithful purchaser of another brand. I find the Balega socks to wear longer and hold up without shrinking or losing their cushioning. I would say that they tend to run small on several of their styles. My normal size would be a small to fit my 7.5-8 shoe size, but I am more comfortable in their mediums for most of their products, including this one.
